Screen charge per color/location is $55.00 (G). Repeat order charge $25.00 (G) per color, per location. Additional color/location $0.50 (G). Photo dial set-up $55.00 (G) per style, plus $1.50 (G) running charge. Laser engraving set up $55.00 (G), plus $1.00 (G) running charge, black fill/oxidation $.50 (G) extra. Multi-color wall clock dial set-up $100.00 (G) plus running charge at $2.50 (G) each.

Ballanda prefers to receive computer generated vector artwork via e-mail. Please send to art@ballanda.com, and include a company name, telephone number, and a purchase order number. Acceptable file formats: Adobe Illustrator, EPS, PSD, Tiff. All fonts must be included or "converted to outlines or curves." If further modifications, adjustments, or type setting is required, art charges of $50.00 (G) per hour will be assessed accordingly. Accepted mediums are CDROMs, or flash drives.
For laser engraving please send artwork at a minimum of 200% of actual size. Artwork for watches must be 400% of actual size. Watch photo dials require a color photo or artwork in formats mentioned above.
Digital artwork: Macintosh/PC compatible is preferred for photo logos or silkscreen.

Welcome to Ballanda E-Cart Feature! This unique feature allows Distributors to choose products from our web site and email the images and product information directly to your clients and associates. This feature is completely user friendly as well as quick and easy! Just follow the steps below.
1. Select products to be viewed.
2. Click on email button.
3. Enter message to your recipient in Comments section.
4. Click on update, or if sending comment is not desired check the remove box.
5. Click on Email Now to enter email address and select product information to be sent and viewed.
6. Review and send your email.
7. Client will receive email showing you as the sender with subject reading "Promotional Products for your selection¨.
Ballanda's name or address will not appear anywhere on your email sent.

| Cancellation |

Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation charge in addition to all other costs incurred up to cancellation. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

| Random and Spec Samples |

| Returns |

| All returns requests must be in writing and approved by factory or returns will be refused. All approve return items must be in original form and package. Credit or replacement items will be issued for quantity items returned only. Return request must be made within 15 days from original ship date & freight prepaid. Items with logos may be replace with unimprinted units. |

| Virtual Image Sample |

Each order placed includes one computer-generated virtual image with logo on product at no charge. Additional images are available for $10.00 (G) each.

| Warranty |
|
|
|
| All items are warranted to be free from defects of material and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of invoice. Batteries are not warranted. Warranty cards are included with each item shipped and include the mailing address of the service center. |
